The actor who is just back from a short holiday in Australia’s Gold Coast with girlfriend Bipasha Basu, will soon be flying to the US for a brief combat training session to prepare himself for Nishikant Kamat’s (of Mumbai Meri Jaan fame) next untitled film. A close associate from Nishikant unit says, “This is the way John would like to work, prepare hard for a film, give it his best shot, then take a long break to unwind and start all over again” John has been missing in action, post his last film, New York.

Source further added that John is taking less work these days as he is in no rush. He thinks this is the only way he can give a film the time required and do quality work. Along with Nishikant Kamat’s film John just has three more film in hand.

Bollywood Hunk Hot John Abraham is bowled over by his girlfriend and Hot Actress Bipasha Basu's new chiseled figure and he now wants to follow her fitness mantra. "I have tried Bipasha Basu Workout DVD personally and found it to be equally good for men as well, although it is meant for women. I just think that I should follow her routine now," John told reporters here today. "She is in the most amazing shape. When I looked at her recently, my jaws dropped as I said this can't be for real.

This is the best; she is in the prime shape of her life," the actor said Bipasha, who is known to be a fitness freak, has created a unique workout programme lasting 25 minutes in 'Love Yourself' launched last week.
